PRODUCT RANGE
We are a producer of secondary aluminium alloys in the form of ingots, cut pyramids, or granules manufactured in accordance with EN, DIN, STN, ČSN standards and customer requirements.
The term "secondary aluminium" refers to aluminium produced by melting scrap metal (this can be "new scrap" from aluminium processing or "old scrap" from used aluminium products). The term "secondary" means that this material was not produced primarily from ore, but by secondary recycling.
Secondary aluminium alloys are mainly used for products in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, and steel industries.
ALUMINIUM PROCESSING
The production of aluminium alloys involves activities ranging from high-quality waste sorting and fraction treatment to the casting of the final product. Throughout the entire production process, we check the chemical composition of the melt using a spectrometer. The production process is documented in detail, from the initial inspection through production to the final inspection.
We issue a certificate of chemical composition for each melt..
Input parameters
Input inspection of material/waste – determination of quality, monitoring parameters such as aluminium, iron and steel content, other non-ferrous metals except aluminium, non-metallic content (organic substances, inert substances, minerals, etc.) and moisture content. The processing procedure is determined based on these factors.
