We live in an age of dwindling raw material and energy resources, which can be positively influenced to a large extent by effective recycling, providing a favorable technical, economic, and ecological solution.
The environmental benefits of aluminium recycling can be characterized mainly by the following indicators:
- 1. energy savings and reduced production of pollutants – recycling saves more than 95% of the energy consumed in the production of primary aluminium, while also reducing emissions, including greenhouse gas emissions, by more than 90%
- 2. more efficient use of natural resources – recycling 1 kg of aluminium saves 8 kg of bauxite and 4 kg of chemical products needed in the production process
- 3.significant reduction in landfill waste – the production of recycled aluminium from waste reduces landfill waste by approximately 85% compared to the production of primary aluminium
- 4.increased social responsibility and growing interest in environmental protection
- 5. production of new products from waste
When sorting waste in households and businesses, we encounter a traditional and outdated lack of interest in separating aluminium-based metal waste due to its low weight and the perceived greater effort required for separation. However, the opposite is true.
We have more than 25 years of experience in processing thin-walled aluminium-based metal waste using advanced BAT (Best Available Technique) technologies, which ensure that waste is processed using the most modern means available, taking into account the maximum possible protection of the environment.
WE RECYCLE:
Aluminium waste and metal packaging
- foil, including printed foil, backed with paper, with an Al content of more than 30%
- screw caps from alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, lids
- beverage cans, pâté packaging, aluminium foil, tea light cups, coffee capsule packaging
- food trays, aluminium cutlery, dishes, mess kits, pots, and utensils
- light bulb ends
- used foil from yogurt, smoothies, fish salads, cheese, etc.
- packaging for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products - spray cans, tubes, caps for medicine bottles and infusion solutions
- barrels, cans, tent structures, deck chairs, aluminium blinds, sheets, engine blocks, aluminium window frames, doors, profiles, and other aluminium-based scrap
Electrical and electronic scrap
- PC equipment, including monitors
- Office equipment
- Mainframe computer systems
- All types of telephone exchanges
- Radio communication equipment
- Signalling and amplification equipment
- Separate printed circuit boards
- Relay systems and separate relays of all types
- Integrated circuits, semiconductor elements and passive components
- Power and communication cables
- Low-voltage devices (circuit breakers, contactors, etc.)
We are able to accept and process combined materials with iron or other elements, even those contaminated with coatings, thanks to the use of technology for shredding and separating individual elements or technology for removing coatings.
